POLICIES
This section outlines the important guidelines and policies to ensure a safe, fun, and smooth experience for all our guests. Please review these policies carefully before your event to make sure everything goes off without a hitch. If you have any questions or need further clarification, don't hesitate to contact us.

PAYMENT
A 50% deposit is required upon booking, with the remaining balance due in full on the day of the event to ensure a seamless experience.

FUEL SURCHARGE
Our gaming excitement covers a 10 mile distance, and $2.50 per additional mile.

TIPS
Tipping your game coaches is always appreciated but not required.

REFUND/CANCELLATION
​​Once booked, cancellations are non-refundable. Events may be rescheduled once within six months of the original date, subject to availability.

BAD WEATHER
At Power Play Mobile Gaming, the safety of our guests is our top priority. In the event of lightning or severe weather, we will take necessary safety precautions, which may include pausing or relocating the event to ensure everyone’s safety. We handle bad weather situations on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to find the best solution if adverse conditions arise.

DAMAGE/INJURY
Guests are responsible for any damage to the Power Play Mobile Gaming trailer or equipment caused by negligence or intentional actions. In the event of damage, costs for repairs or replacements will be charged to the responsible party. Additionally, Power Play Mobile Gaming is not liable for any injuries sustained during the event. We recommend that all guests exercise caution and follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

ALCOHOL/DRUGS
For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, smoking, alcohol, and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited inside the Power Play Mobile Gaming trailer. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and secure environment for everyone.

SUPERVISION
Although a game coach will be present at all times, guests aged 12 and under must have an adult (18+) supervising them. We ask that all guests respect this policy to ensure a safe environment. Roughhousing or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the event being ended early.
